What data we collect

The data you give us in the quote form: name, phone or email, town, the service you’re interested in, the approximate budget you indicate, your message and, if you choose, photos of the space. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, the data you share in that contact.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote and, if you hire us, manage the project. We don’t use it to send you advertising or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up doing the work, we delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. If we do, we keep it for as long as tax and guarantee obligations require.

Who else processes it

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google (email) and Cloudflare (aggregate visitor statistics, without cookies). Some of these services may store data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided for in the Regulation, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its use, ask for its use to be restricted or for us to provide it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at kego.carpentry@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
