The timber decking around the communal pool was grey and worn. We replaced it with 125 m² of composite on an aluminium substructure.

What we did
We removed the old decking and laid 125 m² of composite on a levelled aluminium substructure, with the pool ladders built in.
The result
Even, communal decking with no maintenance beyond soap and water, ready for residents to use every day.
